88 Plymouth Voyager cuts-out 55+mph

Hello anyone, My Voyager will cut out, like the fuel injection shutting off, whenever I go above 55mph. It seems to be worse the faster I go. If you ease off the throttle the engine will come back. I will also just cut out for a split second then back on with a heavy bang to the mounts. I have replaced the distributor(used),tw sensor,tp sensor with no luck. I recently went on a small trip & it did this problem repeatedly & when I stopped at the Hotel the check engine light was on with code 13(map sensor). It doesn't seem like a map sensor would cause this concern! I am a my wits end, HELP! Thank you

88 Plymouth Voyager Timing

My 88 Voyagoer 3.0 was cutting out at 55 mph, the mechanic that worked on it said it was the timing, now he messed up the timing so bad it won't start at all. Can anyone tell me the specs to fix it?
