I have a 2004 Yukon SLT with the 6-disk, XM radio. When I press the Auto EQ button it cycles between Custom and Talk. When Talk is displayed there is a EQ 1 in the upper right-hand corner. How do I select a different EQ mode (other than Talk)?

Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the EQ1. Basically the non Bose Systems have this option and the Bose Premium systems don’t. Ultimately. You are left with adjusting the Base, Treble, Balance, and fade and the system with remember each driver’s radio settings (Driver 1 or 2).
The EQ setting for Talk and Custom…is just what it says…talk is for AM talk Radio and custom is what I have stated above. But I agree with you, you would think they would have included a few settings for some true EQ purpose! Cheers DAMien Last edited by Damien0869; 10-09-2004 at 02:01 PM. |
