99 Dakota starts hard when it rains

99 Dakota with 5.2 starts very hard after it rains out and will skip and sputter for a while after it does start until it warms up. Any ideas?

Make sure that the entire fuel system is tight and there are no cracked hoses, etc. That way no moisture can get into the gas.
