93 escort, strange liquid sounds.

When I start up my car in the mornings I get this strange sound like water or fuel flowing, swirling. It gets louder when I press down on the accelorator. It seems to be coming from under the dashboard on the passengers side of my right hand drive car. It's a 1.6 manual. Any ideas? It goes away after I have been driving for a while.

Talking Re: 93 escort, strange liquid sounds.

Mine has been doin it for YEARS but only when I turn the key on - I assumed it has something to do with the fuel pump?...doesn't really do anything to performance, but it is kind of a KrAZy noise - yours sounds a little different or maybe a little more extreme - mines a definit gurggle......I've never really looked into it....would like to know what that is too....
