95 Wrangler: Engine won't start or turnover.

My wrangler doesn't want to start up. There is no clicking noise when I turn the key. Jumping my wrangler didn't work either. I have lights and radio. Sounds like the starter. Am I wrong? Is there anything else?

When you turn the key do you hear the starter relay clicking? It probably is the starter. Pull it off and take it to a parts store, they'll check it (or just throw a new one in).

Nope. No click. No noise other than the seat belt tone.

Find exactly where the starter relay is. Have someone turn the key and feel the relay or listen (just to make sure). Find wiring diagrams, pull the relay and check for voltage. I'll look up wires and let you know if you need.
