1998 S-10 Blazer won't start

I have a 1998 S-10 Blazer with a V-6. When i turn the key I hear the fule pump, dash lights, etc.., but the starter doesn't crank. The battery voltage is 12.8V when tested. Is there a relay or something else that could be wrong besides the started?

Do you hear a click or anything from the starter?

Check all stater electrical connections for tightness.

No click fromm the starter. It was working last night when I pulled in the driveway, when I shut it off I thought I heard something like a circuit breaker in a house pop. There was no prior notive there was a problem.

Do you know ho hard it is to replace the starter? Is it easily accessible? Is there a relay that could have gone bad? Thanks, for any information.
