Window not going up!

My rear right window doesnt want to work quite right, when i put it down it goes down with no prob but when it gets to the bottom u can hear the motor just spin, when i try and put it up u just hear the motor spin and nothing happens, took the door panel off to try and take a look at it and dont see anything but i really havent gotten into it. i can see that there is some black box on top of the motor (my guess would be some sort of gear box?) and i think this is probaly where my problem is. just wanted to see what u guys thought before i started to try and fix it.

the regulators are cable opperated - see if there is a cable comming out of the top and bottom of this box - there should be but the cables like to break and then your screwd

its not the cable i can see it at the top and can feel it running down the bottom and it is still tight.

FoMoCo sells lots of the replacement units for the windows; sounds like you might have to take out the unit and replace it with the $95 (est) new part.

FoMoCo only covers 65-73 mines a 92... i dont know that they will have what im looking for will they and if so under what cadagorie would i find it because i dont see a windows catagory.
