hard start/no start 91 GM below 32 degrees
There is a fix for this problem according to a Ford TSB. It has something to do with changing the PCV nylon hose that is connected to the throttle body above the idle bypass motor with a fuel hose and running it to the side of the air cleaner housing to eliminate the condensation that may drip freezing the ISC motor. I have looked at my engine and according to the diagram provided the only nylon line that I see runs from the right side of the engine (facing engine) to the side of where oil is added to the crankcase. Does anyone know about this fix?
