why the hell would you want to do this?
some people's ideas are just beyond me. you own an S14. be proud that you own an S14. and be happy with the way it looks because that's how it was designed from the factory, it's a beautiful car. don't go and fuck up the lines by adding a bumper from a completely different-looking car. it would look like shit and really wouldn't serve a purpose at all, plus it would be expensive. do whatever the hell you want to your car, but that would just be pointless and look like ass.

if you gonna do the rear bumper, might as well do the s15 taillights and the trunk and the quarter panels, now only it will be a pain in the butt to fit that S15 on a S14, but also would just look stupid if its not completely done and correctly.
