2001 Mitsubishi GTO

i read that dispite the 3000GT being discontinued in 1999 over here in the states, that it was continued to be sold in Japan as the GTO til 2001...if this is true, what did a 2000/2001 model look like...did they have the same wing as the 1999 did, or because they were in japan, did they look totally different?

The second pic looks like it has a lot of aftermarket exterior stuff, so that's probably a bad example. The rest looks to be pretty accurate, in fact some of them just look like 3kgt's, even as early as like 96. But yeah, body style seems pretty much the same.

that is not true, the last year was still 1999. Remember not everyone uses the same calendar we do

For instance 2000 euro 3000GT's are actually 98's.
