it was orig. 74mm only took 4mm off it - why is that nuts ? not gonna break the walls look like about as thick as a credit card now .

Either way its still TOO BIG! Take it to the dyno...you'll see loss of torque!

How did you measure it? I've never seen nor heard of a 74mm TB on a Honda? I think it was Spoon that made the biggest and I believe it to have been 70mm.

I figure it's not a honda TB... he might have bored a Mitsu TB or Chrysler TB.
