Ok...
So I don't know much about Civics. Somebody fill me in some the best type of Civic. The name/year/price/specs. Thanks. *I'm planning to get an Integra Type R but I just thought that I might look at some Civics too.

You won't find a wider spread of opinion on Civics than in these forums! Everyone's got different tastes... although the general population like the 5th gen (92 - 95) Civic hatches the most.
I personally like the 4th gen (88 - 91) Civic hatch the most. Clean looking, light, receptive to modifying... But the end choice is pretty much up to you! Have a look around, see what you like.

Hatchback was dropped in 1997 or 1998 due to decreased sales 1999-2000 Civic (6.5 Gen) - coupe, 4 door, and hatchback. And first time the B16A DOHC VTEC was used in a Civic (coupe). 2001-???? Civic (7th Gen)

for a list of specs for a 5th gen coupe, check out
http://www.geocities.com/darkwing72211/dwcarpage My car is almost bone stock as far as engine goes, and performance is almost exactly factory. The 7th gen Civics are faster however, but they are pretty close to whats on the above link.

No civic with 200 HP stock, Wait, you live in Canada, right? I'd look for a 6th gen SiR. I think it has 160 HP. That is, if it's the same as U.S.'s Si

The 6th gen (99-00) U.S. Si, or Canadian SiR coupe, has a 1.6 liter B16 DOHC Vtec engine.
