Keyless Entry Module

Does anyone know where the keyless entry module is located at in a 96 grand am??

the GM computer does not have an illustration, but I believe it's under the dash near the glove box.

on my 94 im pretty sure its in the trunk somehwere. when i press the remote there is usually a light click noise coming from the trunk area, not sure if it would be the same or not on a 96 but its another possible place to look if you dont find it in teh dash
