Re: How can I calm down my new exuast
dont get a glasspack they sound like shit, alot of people are trying to pimp their cars with 20" chromies and glasspacks and its the gayest shit ive ever seen/heard.

I just trew in some mesh metal spunge or somthin like that in the exuast, then put an empty tuna can with some drilled holes on the exuast tip, sounds ok, but i lost the hp bump..
So i wasted my time buying a silencer and resonator off ebay.

Re: How can I calm down my new exuast
A resonator should do the trick. I had one on my old exhaust after the cat but my new(est) exhaust has the cat (2.5") pushed back a bit cuz a flange needed to be welded to it in order to bolt to the header so no resonator with my cannister muffler. It's loud but I have decent flow. My wife don't like it and wants me to redo it again. Ugh! Anyway, a resonator right after the cat before the curve should be all you need.
