I have been looking forever on the net for headers that will fit 80s-90s Chevy trucks, but they were all for K series, or Silverado's. Im sure there are some out there, but at least for my C1500 it's bone dry. I would also like to know heh.

I put a set of Sumitt Truck Headers on my 1500 350. Had good luck so far almost 2 years. Have to do some Mods to the power steering bracket other than that not bad. These are the Short Headers that attach to your Y Pipe. Cost around $170. Also ran 3 inch exhaust. No leaks so far as with other Headers Ive used.

Re: Headers

I have hooker supercomp headers on my '90 454SS. They were a bitch to put in.

I've got hedman on my 350 and they work good. A few leaks but it can be sealed by heating them cooling then torquing a few times.

Re: Headers

i have gibson stainless steel headers on my 1999 k2500 w/350,i also have their stainless cat back system..the headers cost about 400 bucks and went in easy enough, never leaked and still using the the stock steel y-pipe w/4 oxygen sensors...the head flange is about 3/4" thick and came with extra thick header gaskets...
