Wipers don't turn off, washer fluid keeps spraying.

Hello, I have a 93 Aero with windshield wiper and washer fluid problems.

It started about a year ago when a gusts of wind would cause the wipers to start working, the wiper swithc couldn't turn them off. Then when I would turn my wipers on they wouldn't turn off period unless I turned my car ignition off. So I went to the junk yard and purchased both a new motor and wiper switch. The problem still didn't go away. Now my windshield washer motor doesn't turn off.

I've had to cut into the pwr wires for both circuits and attach them to an on off switches.

What's going on???? Very frustrating.
