Question on putting wheels on a 95 neon?

i have a 95 neon DOHC...and i want to put wheels on it and i looked and if i get any bigger wheels then the tires will rub on the bottom of the strut what do i have to do to or get to put bigger wheels on it? any help on that would be cool thanks.
