missing conector

Just trying to help out my mom
She has had a 1986 tercel
it has been sitting for two years
I got it running but found a extra vacuum switch
it hooks up to the vacuum manifold screwed into the fuel pump
I can not find the harness connector or what the switch plugs into
It is hooked up just like the diagram
please help me out
