I need an engine.

I have gotten right down to the last straw putting up with this engine in my NA. I decided to finally get rid of it and took out the loan to fix up my car. So now what I need is a 2nd gen or 3rd gen rear clip. It must be 93+ with the newer tranny with limited slip and better synchros.

I was hoping some of you guys could help me out either by getting me in contact with who I need to talk to or maybe pointing me in the right direction. Like who to go with to get the engine and who to stay away from. I have heard bad things about the company motor wrecks but I have no idea wether to believe the shite I heard.

"motor wrecks" you mean motorex?

That's the company that charges a buttload to convert imported cars to US spec.

Re: I need an engine.

$1700 for a II Gen and $2850 for III Gen rear clips are not bad. Unless you are talking about installtion, that's a different story.

Yeah that's the one. I have heard from numerous people that they have gotten engines and they ran ok but a month later on many accounts the engine would basicly melt down because all the seals and gaskets and rings were fucked from the start. So they told me if I get my engine from them I should tear it down and replace everything. Which I am going to do probably anyways to make sur eth engine i get is perfect but hell that kinda sucks.
