AutoLock after 30 seconds

When I first bought my 1992 V6 XLE Camry, it had a feature that if the car wasn't doing anything for 30 seconds it would lock all the doors. I just recently lost that feature and would like to know if there is a way to get it back. It is factory installed.

Re: AutoLock after 30 seconds

The autolock feature is actually something that is programmed into the alarm. You will need to obtain a programming guide for the alarm in order to do it correctly. I don't know what model system you have, but I can send you a set of instructions to try.

Go here : http://www.4runners.org/images/rs300...m%20Manual.pdf

It should be under Programming, and Passive Arming & Valet Mode. Best of luck to you, and if you need any further help, let me know.
