cam gears!? pulleys!?

i was wondering on what the best cam gear is ?? i heard AEM and Skunk2 cam gears are good ???? and pulley ... will they help out my car alot or waste of money??? i already have headers and cat back exhaust system.. any good adv. will help thank alot.

the cam gears and pullys will help maybe give you 10 hp. just depends on how much money you are going to have to spend for them. I know my mech won't install them for cheap. It is a 4 hour job for my 98 v6 accord. If you can do it yourself. Do it. It is really expensive to have someone else do it. but if you are going to do it yourself, make sure you dont have anywhere to go any time soon. cause it will be VERY hard to do. AEM is a good set

I've heard that Unorthodox pulleys are good. Read up in different forums about the issue with underdriven alternator pulleys.

Yes and me and PhoenixITC have discussed before. Underdrive pulleys are no good for your cars' power source (alternator, battery). Stay away from them!
