91 Q45 low fuel pressure

91 Q45 Fuel pressure is about 20 PSI at idle. The fuel pump is pulse width modulated on the ground circuit by the controller. If I ground it I have adequate pressure to run the car no problem. Have any of you run into this situation?

Time to replace your fuel pump before it takes the controller also.
