rim size...

will front: 17x9.5 +54mm , rear: 18x10.5 +58mm fit on my 95' z28 with or without modifications? if so what are the modifications...

p.s. are the stock rims 16"x8.0" or 16"x8.5"?

The only reason they might not fit is because of the brake calipers but besides changing your brake setup or your wheels i dont see what you can modify. Except for wheel spacers of course.

so would i also have to change my whole braking system?? you think there is a chance i dont have to mess with anything on my brakes?

No your brakes should be ok but most times when people have trouble fitting wheels its because of the calipers or the wheel rubbing. My iroc front and rear rims are different. I cant put the rear wheels on the front because they hit the caliper. But the front wheels work on the back. Different offsets.

but that would suck to have 18"s in front and 17"s in back and wider in front...
