Chrysler replaced my gas tank

That's right Chrysler replaced my gas tank and I didn't even have to fight with them to do it. Well it all started will a strong gas smell in the cabin about four months ago. So I checked for recalls on anything related and found out that they did recall my van for a replacement of one of the lines to the injectors, but nothing else. I asked the dealer to see if it had been done to my van before and it had about three years ago. But they said they would do it again anyway. Well as it turns out I didn’t have the time to leave it with them because I needed to use it. So time passes and the smell is getting worse and worse. So about a week ago when I was filling it up with gas I hear it coming out onto the ground and sure enough the fill tube seems to be broken at the tank. Well now I have to bring it in. If any of you didn't know the tank is fiberglass. They check it out and say it is undrivable, they will order a new one and they will do it under warrantee. Well I almost fell over in shock because it is a 1996 with 98500 miles on it and I brought it nine months ago. Go figger.
