Location of bose Amp in 03 Yukon

I installed a new Clarion CD/stereo in my 03 Yukon. All I have to do is put the volume on "1" and it is already loud enough to hear. Also, I am getting a lot of engine noise coming through the speakers at random times. I was thinking I could just bypass the factory amp and just use the built-in amp from the Clarion unit. Is this possible, and if so, Where is the factory amp located?

The location of the amp on my 04 suburban is at the bottom of the center console.

Hello. You also may want to check behind the glove compartment for the amp if it is not under the center console. Good luck.
