Fuel pressure regulator-$20???

i was seeing how much a fuel pressure regulator cost, and everywhere i see it says around $20!! is this possible or what? i tried to post a pic of it....please help me out!! LOL

LOL that is where i saw it!! but is this true? really only $20?? after a few tests i will perform, i have narrowed it down to these items that may be causing my car to run rich and to surge:

O2 sensor (lazy)
fuel pressure regulator

if one of these two aren't it, then i will be clueless!!
