Re-use stock coilovers?

I recently bought a set of those ricer coilover things on ebay. Now, before you all jump all over me for going so low-end, I have a reason: I didn't know if I would like having my car lowered, so I didn't want to spend $600 to find out.

Turns out, I don't like it. It might be great driving around Southern California 2 inches off the ground, but it sucks in Upstate New York. I've had them on for about a day and I've scraped my front bumper in at least 6 different places, including intersections, potholes, speed bumps, and even my own driveway. And I only lowered it about an inch. I'm glad I bought the $70 ghetto coilovers, because they're about to hit the shit can.

My question is this: Along with the cheapo coilovers, I have new KYB gas shocks. Is it okay to put the stock coilovers back on? They seem to be fine, and I don't want to buy a whole new set if I can just re-use them. I figure the new shocks will still improve the ride, and putting the old coilovers back on will bring the ride-height back to normal.

Can I do that?
