Boost controller, which one?

on ebay I see the Greddy Profec B II, the HKS EVC (IV or V), and the Apexi AVC-R as the ones I'm debating on.

I want something that's easy to install (hopefully I can do it myself) and easy to configure.

this is a good 3rd party comparison of most popular boost controllers, I recommend reading it before making a decision

PS. I was all set on an electronic one as well, but didn't have the money. And got sick of keeping my baby so close to stock. I suggest just getting a proboost manual boost controller for $25 and a boost gauge and A-pillar pod. I got all that for under $75 shipped, and can run 14.5psi just as safely as a $450 ebc, just my .02

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Do the electronic ones usually come with a digital boost gauge?

Re: Boost controller, which one?

Yeah but it is easier to read a seperate mounted one while driving.
