How Do I get the governor off???

I was on the highway with my new 94 caprice lt1 (5.7) I wanted to see what it could do an it gave me great power but I got up to 106 mph an it cut out and came back in at 105 M y friends tell me its a governor but No one knows how to get it off Could somebody help me?????

Need to reprogram the computer to do that, and unless you've got the proper scanner with the correct functions to change that setting, your just going to have to live with the 106mph speed limit.

Where in the program is it?

Anybody know the specific address in the prom in the computer the fuel cutoff is????? I'm sure some one does, but doesn't want to give away for free, something they can charge for. Thats a project for a rainy day for myself. Does anybody know if the cutout speed is the same accross the board for all GM products, if so it would be easy to find.

do a search for Datamaster, it's a program .. i think it can do it
