Tech igniton Q

I just bought a MSD Boost timing master and it has directions to use this with a points type igniton system. Problem is I'm not sure which of the four wires running to the distributor is the trigger wire. I'm guessing the white. Can anyone verify this? Thanks in advance.

Re: Tech igniton Q

It will be the coil wire, not the wire from the distributor. Look at a schematic and find the wire that comes from the transistor. It should be LG/B, I think Light Green/Black. The MSD box is wire in between the ignition modual and the coil. Sounds like you need to read the instructions a little better.
