1999 silverado compass calibration

I have a 1999 silverado the compass has an o/c100 on it, if i push the compass button it goes through numbers 1 tru 15 and thats it. Any one have the information availible to re program the compass? If so please post it or email it to me at [email protected] thanks JonP

There is a wire harness that goes from inside the mirror to the module attached to the attachment base of the mirror. This harness is probably pinched or unplugged. fix the harness, probably fix the problem. anything else the could cause this is most likely not repairable.

the numbers 1-15 have something to do with what zone your in. Look in the owners manual and it will tell you what number to leave it on. Then go drive around in a few circles and let it calibrate itself. I'm not kidding about the circle either, as weird as it may sound.
