The ideas behind this chop are pretty good, but i think you shoudl go about it a different way...

I'd get better rims, since these ones are very pixelated and you can see steps along teh sides of them.

Change the color of the lights to somethign else, since it makes it seem as if the whole cars color was changed at once.

Try using the smudge/blur tool less and try using the airbrush more so that you will see solid colors and shadows instead of smudged different shades in the front bumper.

Leave some of the original moldings on, because it looks to fake with no door lines or anything.

And just generally work on your selections. If you sort these things out, im sure you will have a great chop. And remember, its better to have constructive critiscism then just "nice chops" and stuff. Very nice ideas behind the chop.

actually i am not very good with doing rims so i dont use PS to do em, i actually use the paint program so if anyone can help then thanks

Windows paint?? ewww.. In your other post you mentioned you had PS CS.. Cant CS do that? Please tell me it aint so! (have ps 7 here)
Wish I could help, but if you can only distort skew wheels with paint and CS wount then I dont know what to say.. CS cant be that weak!
Lasso somthing in CS and Hit ctrl + T,, You SHOULD be able to do anything you want with it besides makin it 3d. Use right mouse button for the options..
