Help Im Desperate Car Wont Start

Ive got an 87 astra and i cant get it started. the radiator fan runs constantly when the ignition is on and the ecm light stays on. Ive changed the temperature sensor and still the fan continues to run. Im getting a spark on all leads but still no go... has anyone experienced this problem or know of anyone who had this problem....

PLEASE HELP!!!

To erase memory of ECU. (1) With ignition off,remove fusible link third
from the front of the block located at the rear of the battery.
(2) Instal the link after 10 seconds.
