wait your saying they should kill the driver because his buddy stuck his head out the window and got it chopped off? your an idiot. So lets says someone you know a buddy of yours takes some LSD thinks hes jesus, jumps off a 15 story building a dies, lets say you took the LSD with him, should you be killed for that?

i dont think the driver deserves vehicular homicide. but he does deserve involuntary manslaughter.
he lost a friend and im sure he is really hating himself and the jury will see that. at most he will get 5yrs .my opinion.
