93 maxima blower switch

My 93 Maxima has auto a/c controls, and the blower stays on high even when the off button is pushed. Which component is faulty and where is it located? Thanks,

david, did you ever find out how to fix this problem? i'm having the same problem with my 94 nissan maxima. the blower was working on high but now doesn't work at all???
