2 grand to make it all better

I have about 2 grand that I want to put into my 93 honda accord SE. I will worry about exterior later. My moto is I'd rather have it look decent and be fast, then have it look fast and be well slow. So what I need to know is, what is the best mod for my money? So far I'm thinking cold air intake, headers and magna flow exhaust(cat back). Should i get a new Cat while i'm at it? So what else should I put into the car? Remember most bang for the buck. I can must over 2 grand so don't limit it to price, (I can't afford a super charger or turbo) I just want the most efficent mods.

Re: 2 grand to make it all better

I would suggest getting the cat and then I would throw some nitrous in it. Before I put the new engine in my car I threw some N2O on my old (130,000) f22. I had no problems with my 70 dry shot. Just some food for thought! Good luck!

Re: 2 grand to make it all better

If you know how to use it you won't blow your engine. Get an air fuel gauge and a fuel pressure gauge. There are so many things you can do to avoid mistakes with nitrous. You can get a throttle switch installed under your gas pedal that will only allow you to spray when you are at full throttle. As long as the fuel and air have the right mix you are in good shape. The gauges will help ensure you don't make any mistakes. Hope this helps.
