We have a 1988 Chevy 1500 350. We were driving it and it just died, now it will not start back. It was not driving any different before it stopped running. We thought it might be the coil and replaced it. No luck it still will not start. There does not seem to be any fire or electric current reaching the coil. It also appears there is no current telling the injectors to send gas. Anyone know where to start looking now?

Re: Engine rotates but will not start
Ignition module located underneath the distributor cap. Take it out and have it tested at the local parts store. It has dielectric grease on the bottom of it for heat transfer, make sure your new one gets reinstalled with some.
