Question

96 caddy codes

i have a 96 deville and on speedo it said electrical-problem i pushed the off button and warm and got many codes and one that says pcm? i had a alternator put on and geting the same codes. i put alternator on because the volts showed it goes from 14.1 volts to 12.2 volts i hope someone could be of help. thanks
