no horn/air bag light on

i just recantly bought a 2000 explorer xls the horn does not work on the steering wheel but does work when i lock the doors with the keyless entry also the airbag light blinks when i start it then stay on any help would mean alot thanks

this is common on ford vehicles - the clock spring in the steering column has broken - it is a simple fix just steer the wheels staight ahead, remove the steering wheel, pull the clock spring and replace it

Does this work for the radio that only works when the driver's window is down - and when the window is down the blinkers don't work - it's making me nuts!
