Unhappy 300ZX VG30DE NA No Compression

I was removing the pulley from the crankshaft & was trying to loosen the bolt while turning the motor counter-clockwise. I was feeling compression as I was turning the motor by hand trying to remove the pulley bolt for about 5 times than I lost all compression. The timing belt jumped a couple of spurs while removing the pulley bolt. I turned the motor over slowly & not much at all to find TDC of #1 & removed & re -installed the timing belt. I did a cold compression test & 5 cyl's are about 10 psi & 1 is reading about 60 psi. I was going to do a leak down because I am fearing bent valves. Any responses would be appreciated.

Re: 300ZX VG30DE NA No Compression

Bent Valves... Be careful finding TDC (Top Dead Center), when I did I smacked the valves again (go figure )

But it sounds like a valvetrain problem to me... Good luck bro.
