Question

Apexi VAFC 11 help?

I just installed the apexi vtech controller on a 2003 rsx type s, i have all the settings done but i can not get the vtech cams to kick in where i have them set.... can anyone tell me what i might be doing wrong... the cams keep kicking in at factory setting of 5800 instead of my preset 5300... Can anyone help
