No photo gallery for me!!

The title pretty much sums it up. I cannot upload any images into the forum photo gallery. I had an old Ford project that I wanted to let the people on here follow, but can't do so due to the gallery. I figured it was just a technical problem, but after about 5 weeks I figured I should post something about the problem. When I come on the forum, it will ask me for my name a password periodically and then let me pass. The galler does the same, asking for name and pass, but then will not let me pass even though both are right. I even tried to ask it to send me the password if it thinks mine isn't correct, but it won't do it. I know name and pass are fully correct. Can anyone help me here??

Have you got cookies disabled on your PC or anything similar?
Whar OS are you using?

I am using XP and haven't changed anything since the last time I used the gallery. Its really bumming me.
