1985 Subaru XT Turbo Coupe HELP!

I just replaced the head gaskets on my XT 2x's(if you do, mill the heads, I didn't with the first go round and it still leaked). Any way, I put it back together, fired it up, it ran for 3-4 minutes, I shut it down to clean up, Now it won't start. Replaced the fuel pump, fiddled with the wiring, it ran for another 3-4 minutes, then quit for good.
No power to the fuel pump (1.8 volts is all that shows on the meter). Pump is good, filter is good, replaced fuel pump relay behind the radio, still dosen't get any power. Wiring diagram shows "Fuse #11" on the circut. Any one know where the heck it is located?
I also direct wired the fuel pump. Now it works, but it still won't run. I haven't check for fire to the plugs yet. As you may be guessing, I am getting frustrated with this car.
It has run great for 40k/3yrs. It is a kick in the pants to drive. I would really like to figure out what is going on with it.
Thanks for any help.

I'm no mechanic by far, but check your Solenoids...

Thanks for your input. I already figured out the problem. The ground on my intake manifold was broken but looked OK till I went to pull one of the injectors. No I think I have a cracked head on the darn thing. Anyone need a parts car?
