Well... im not the right person to critisize this type of sketch, but id say it looks good and perspectively nothing wrong with it. Good job!

That is a good start, your drivers seat looks a bit off, but it is not that noticeable. Good job so far!

Your seats need work, they are not in the same angle as your dashboard is looking at. Seems like your missing some Gauges and a steering wheel would be nice also. Nice job though.

I like how it is nice and simple and smooth. It is sort of confusing though

Re: My first try at interior!...

OOOOOOOOOOOO An interior!!! Fianlly someone sums up the courage to try it!!!

Well, I've personally only drawn a handful of interiors, so I can't really add much to what everyone else has said. Here I go!

Okay. There are a couple main bits of designing interiors. First of all, the most important by faaaaaaaaaar is the actual design. A great car can be completely smothered by a shite interior. There are so many parts and things that can go wrong with it. Everything needs to be perfect. Considering none of us have gone through a Product/Transportational/Interior Design course, most of this stuff is distant knowledge to pin down, we can always get ready for ACCD, CCS, Royal College or whatever. </rant>

Design is so important. That's what I want to say. Right now your drawing is light on details. VERY light on details. The point of drawing an interior is to show every little detail of how the designer imagined it. Unlike exterior drawings where you can give a vague idea of shapes etc (remember Z Concept a couple years ago? Design genius) but show the etc details, nnot vague ideas. You need to explore your thought, make sense of what's going on in the cabin. There needs to be fluidity, can't be all confusing and in-your-face (new Porsche 997 methinks). Part of this fluidity is the way you present it. Perspective is very tricky in interiors. So far, I've got to admit, you nailed it. There are some minor flaws (check the distances the seats are away from the dash, they're not quite the same) and other minor details like that. Also in interiors, you gotta have it more-or-less symetric. That slant-style dash should be forgotten.

Sum up your ideas and apply it to your basis (perspective). You've got some good petential with this.

Oh and by the way, don't label things.
