5-lug conversion and Camber kits???

anyone know where i can find 5-lug conversion kits for an Integra? i want type-r rims so i need the 5-lug conversion i tried ebay but nothing
also i need camber kit for my LS since it has been lowered 3.5 inches and a local shop shimmed my arms at no cost so the wheels dont toe in as much but its still toed in and my tires are starting to wear down....whats the best kit to get for front and rear at a reasonable price?

Try modacar.com or inlinefour.com for the 5-lug conversion. It won't be cheap. As far as camber kits go, I heard the Skunk2 front kit is good.
