Tow/Haul Fuse Location

I am looking for the fuse, or fuselink that controlls this feature. I could not find it in the owners manual, or Chilton's book #28625. Thanks in advance for any help

I believe on my 99' Silverado it's located in the "Electrical Center" under the hood.
Near the Battery
