F/S 14" aluminum rims w/tires.

I'm selling my 14" aluminum rims. I believe they came off of an older Nissan. Perfect fit for Geo/swifts. Almost new tires(Less than 10k on them) 2 Dunlop 195/60/R14's, and 2 Firehawk 195/60/R14's. I'm buying a new set of rims, so I don't need them anymore. One rim is scratched on the inner area of the rim. Just needs some paint and it'll be good. If you're interested, PM me an offer, or email me. Getting rid of them cheap First come, first serve. Excellent traction on these tires.
And for some reason, the "insert picture" button isn't worknig, so copy and paste this link into your browser to take a look at the picture. I'll fix it to a link as soon as they fix the "insert picture" and "insert link" buttons.

Re: F/S 14

Does the convertible metro have 10mm or 12mm lugs? i have a cool set of 14" rims that were given to me, alloy racing wheels, and they fit my '90 metro lug pattern, but I would need 10mm long shank lug nuts, and i can't find any for the life of me! I went to all 5 auto parts stores in my area and an American Racing Wheel dealer. They all acted like i was asking for uranium or something hehe. Searched the net for hours, this was all I found, looks like they might work but not sure:

So the rims you're trying to use have a flat lug surface, instead of a taper, right? If so, Try using a lug from a 90' Toyota Camry v-6. They have a flat washer, and a sleeve that goes inside the bolt hole in the rim. Send me a picture of the rim, and I'll take a look for you.

Re: F/S 14

Yes, that's exactly right, the wheel has a flat surface, but my studs don't protrude out past the surface. Unfortunately, I don't have a digital camera (yet), been meaning to get one but it's kind of low on my financial priority list right now =) I'll try to get some Camry lugs though, that'll be great if they work! Thanks a ton!

You can get longer studs at any auto parts store. Just knock one if yours out of the hub with a hammer, bring it in, and find one of the same diameter, but longer. They're about $0.50 a piece. The studs should always show through the hole in the rim, or you'll stress them, and they may snap, or strip out.

Wink economy

I'll take those 14" rims if still avalible, been looking for a while.
Trying to get over 80 mpg on my Metro, 70 is easy. Steel core plug wires really help. -------- Buffalo Bruce
