Detailing Car

I am going to clay my new car in order to remov any rail dust and then I am going to wax it using 1Z Glanz wax. How many times do I need to go over the paint to remove any rail dust? Also, should I wash the car after claying it to remove the quick detailer before I apply the 1Z Glanz?

Re: Detailing Car

It should only take one time to clay.. clay parts at a time until its clean.. but if ur clay leaves behind a residue, then wash it.. but the type of clay i use doesnt and i just clay it. dry it off an go right to waxing
