Bagged 92 civic rims??

Im looking to get a 17x7 wheel w/ a 205-40 tire & 42mm offset. Question is... Will I still be able to lay it all the way down & not rub(A.K.A. "tuck")??? & how far will I be able to drop it & drive & still not rub?

I know some of you may think WTF bagged civic.... RICE, but please help me out
