Mustang 2001 GT no start!

I have a Mustang 2001 automatic 4.6, I have a problem because it doesnt start, I have no comunication with the computer by the DLC port, the odometer shows ------ signs, all other is ok. I repaired the front side of the car. Before I repaired the engine works, but after I finish it doesnt start.
Do you think that is the computer?.
When I try to start the "theft" light is blinking so fast, with the switch off it blinks every 2 o 3 seconds.

Help me please!
